Scope

DalyFlex is the public-facing brand associated with the FlexBank financial simulation. This notice describes the public site and current Alpha application. Simulated financial records are still treated as private customer information.

Information used

The application stores account identity and authentication information, optional profile details, saved preferences, persona-specific simulated accounts and transactions, investment records, and operational delivery records. SMS enrollment adds a mobile number, consent and verification timestamps, opt-out state, provider message identifiers and delivery errors. Do not submit real banking credentials or sensitive financial documents.

Purpose and providers

Information supports account access, saved simulation activity, customer isolation, preferences, security and requested communications. Vercel hosts the application and public site; Supabase supports authentication and database services. Resend supports the existing email infrastructure when configured. The dedicated FlexBank Twilio integration is currently in test mode and is intended for phone verification and transactional SMS after activation.

SMS privacy

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process necessary data on our behalf to verify a phone number or deliver requested notifications. SMS consent is separate from general profile and notification preferences.

Controls and access

Signed-in customers can update available profile and notification settings, withdraw SMS consent and use the existing account-data download. Administrators have authorized operational tools; ordinary customers must not access other customers’ records. No website analytics or advertising scripts are added by this public site.

Storage and requests

Application records remain stored to support the current Alpha experience; a fixed retention or deletion schedule is not yet published. Do not assume signing out deletes your data. For privacy requests, email privacy@dalyflex.com. Do not send passwords or verification codes through support channels.

Updates

Changes to this notice will be published here with an updated date. Material changes to SMS purposes require appropriate consent before activation.
